Dale F. Hardy, O.D.

I was born in Heber, Utah. After graduating cum laude from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1977, I served 6-1/2 years in the military, worked as an associate for 5 years in a group practice in San Bernardino, CA, and then relocated to Utah. I opened my office in its present location in July 1994. This is a private, full-scope optometric practice.
